Accident Compensation Corporation in New Plymouth is seeking a Recovery Partner to support people living with lifelong disability after injury, helping them maximise independence and everyday fulfilment.

You will build trusted relationships with clients/kiritaki and whānau, coordinate across health, disability, and community services, and navigate complex journeys while focusing on what matters to the person.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and whānau to understand goals and coordinate support.
• Coordinate across health, disability and community services with partners.
• Develop plans, solve problems and move coordination forward.
• Engage in challenging conversations with care and maintain professional boundaries.
