Job summary

Ventia is seeking a forward-thinking Business Improvement Analyst to lead the Novus platform deployment and drive data-driven decision-making across the contract. You will improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and create smarter ways of working for operational teams.

You’ll transform processes, migrate data, and collaborate with operations, finance, commercial, and technical teams to deliver change while championing AI-enabled reporting and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or process improvement.
• Strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into practical digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business readiness for the Novus system implementation.
• Transform business processes into scalable digital solutions.
• Drive data migration, validation, reconciliation, and reporting readiness.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with operations, finance, commercial, and technical teams to deliver change.
• Develop dashboards, insights, and AI-enabled reporting solutions.
• Coordinate UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Champion continuous improvement through data and technology.
