Job summary

Ventia is seeking a forward-thinking Business Improvement Analyst to lead the Novus platform deployment and drive data-driven decision-making across the contract. You will improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and create smarter ways of working for operational teams.

You’ll transform processes, migrate data, and collaborate with operations, finance, commercial, and technical teams to deliver change while championing AI-enabled reporting and automation initiatives.

Help modernise how Far North Water works through data, systems, automation, and AI.

At Ventia, we're looking for a forward-thinking Business Improvement Analyst to lead the successful deployment of our Novus platform while identifying opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making across the contract.

This is more than a systems implementation role. You'll drive process improvement, improve data quality, enhance reporting capabilities, and help create smarter, more efficient ways of working for operational teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead business readiness for the Novus system implementation
• Transform business processes into scalable digital solutions

• An interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
• Ability to translate operational challenges into practical digital solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, Novus, or similar platforms is highly regarded
