Job summary

Anderson Lloyd is seeking a Digital Platforms Analyst in Dunedin to connect business needs with digital solutions. You will engage stakeholders, map processes, design scalable improvements and support platform enhancements.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in business analysis, strong requirements gathering skills, and experience with automation, system integration and change management. This role is based in Dunedin with flexibility for other NZ locations.

Qualifications

• Around four to five years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or a related field.
• Experience gathering requirements, scoping, mapping processes and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Strong understanding of business systems, platform and workflow optimisation.
• Experience supporting platform enhancements, testing and organisational change.
• Exposure to automation, system integrations and AI-enabled solutions.
• A relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Map and design processes to reduce duplication, bottlenecks and manual effort.
• Support the configuration, enhancement and optimisation of digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation, system integration and responsible AI use.
• Coordinate testing and support the implementation and adoption of new solutions.
• Develop process maps, system documentation and user guidance.
• Work closely with the Solutions Engineer, Data & Insights Analyst and teams across the firm.
