PLEASE READ: This is a full-time, onsite role based at our studio in Britomart, Auckland. We’re looking for someone who can work alongside our team in person. This is not a remote or international position.
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Growth Specialist to join our team at Superbold.
Someone who knows Meta and Google Ads inside out, understands marketing and enjoys figuring out how to make businesses grow.
At Superbold, we help businesses create, grow and keep customers. We bring strategy, creative, content and digital marketing together to make that happen.
We’re looking for someone who understands how these areas work together. Someone who can look beyond an advertising account, understand the business and its customers, and develop strategies that deliver results.
You’ll work across a diverse range of brands and businesses, helping them attract new customers, improve conversions and grow revenue.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop strategies, manage campaigns, work directly with clients and collaborate with our creative and digital teams to bring ideas to life.
We’re a small team, so you’ll have real ownership of your work, the freedom to contribute ideas and the opportunity to help shape how we approach digital growth across the agency.
The Role
We’re looking for a digital marketing specialist with strong experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads and online customer acquisition.
But we want someone who understands more than the platforms.
You understand marketing, how people make buying decisions and what influences someone to choose one brand over another.
You know how to attract the right audience, communicate the right message and create a customer journey that turns interest into action.
You’ll be responsible for developing digital growth strategies, managing advertising campaigns and improving performance across the customer journey.
You’ll work closely with our strategists, designers, content creators and developers to improve advertising creative, landing pages, websites and online funnels.
We’re also interested in someone who understands how digital marketing is changing, particularly AI search, SEO and new ways customers discover brands.
You don’t need to be an expert in everything. What matters is that you understand how the different parts of marketing work together and have the experience to deliver results.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys both the strategy and the execution.
