Job summary

Ogilvy One (WPP Enterprise Solutions) in Auckland seeks a mid-level Digital Designer to deliver on-brand assets for web, social, EDM and app channels. You will work with the CX, UX and copy teams to translate briefs into polished designs, while growing craft in a fast-paced agency setting.

You will collaborate across disciplines, adapt content for multiple formats, and contribute ideas during reviews. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign are essential.

Qualifications

• Around 3+ years of industry experience with a focus on digital design and content production.
• A strong digital portfolio showing craft, versatility and attention to detail across brands and digital channels.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; After Effects or motion tools advantageous.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy and brand systems for digital environments.
• Experience creating assets for web, social, EDM, and app interfaces with responsive considerations.
• Agency or fast-paced in-house experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create on-brand digital assets across websites, landing pages, social media, EDMs, display formats and apps.
• Translate briefs and UX requirements into polished, channel-ready design solutions.
• Collaborate to develop work, build capability, and align with team standards.
• Work with CX, UX, writers, developers, and production teams to deliver on time.
• Adapt and resize content across channels while maintaining brand integrity.
• Support concept development through layouts, design systems and mock-ups.
• Prepare design files, prototypes and handover assets for smooth review/production.
• Participate in reviews, accept feedback, refine work to meet requirements.
• Stay current with digital design trends and AI-enabled tools to support workflows.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and clear cross-functional communication.
• Explore AI responsibly to support ideation and production efficiency.
