Whites Powersports Limited is recruiting a Digital Designer & eCommerce Marketer to join the Hamilton-based marketing team. You’ll craft digital assets, manage brand websites, and drive email campaigns across multiple powersports brands.

Based at our Hamilton HQ, you’ll collaborate across NZ and AU teams, shaping digital experiences, optimizing SEO, and using Shopify/Klaviyo to grow sales and engagement. A strong design foundation and eagerness to learn are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in digital or graphic design, ideally within a marketing, retail or eCommerce environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website best practices.
• Exposure to Google Analytics or similar reporting tools would be advantageous.
• Confidence using, or willingness to learn, AI tools that support design and marketing workflows.

Aufgaben

• Create digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, digital advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Produce and adapt creative content across multiple brands while maintaining brand consistency and guidelines.
• Maintain and update consumer, eCommerce and brand websites.
• Create website banners, landing pages, promotional content and other digital assets.
• Work within Shopify and other website platforms to implement campaign, product and content updates.
• Design, build and deploy email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Support email templates, customer segmentation and automated customer journeys.
• Apply SEO best practices, including on-page optimisation, metadata management and content improvements.
• Monitor website, email and campaign performance using reporting and analytics tools, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support the wider marketing team with product launches, promotions and digital campaigns.
• Leverage AI and emerging digital tools to support content creation, campaign development, workflow efficiency and creative ideation.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve the customer experience across digital touchpoints.
