• 3–4+ years in digital or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio across brand, graphic and digital/web design.
• Proficient in Adobe CC (PS, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma and UX/UI foundations.
• Experience designing email/CRM campaigns (Klaviyo ideal).

Responsibilities

• Create digital assets across web, social, EDMs, paid media.
• Turn briefs and brand guidelines into high-quality creatives.
• Maintain brand identities across multiple brands.
• Create email/CRM creatives to support engagement and conversion.
• Support UX/UI across websites, landing pages, and campaigns.

The Role

We're looking for a talented and commercially minded Digital Designer to join our Marketing & Digital team. In this role, you'll create engaging digital and brand creative across our brands, bringing each brand's identity to life across different social platforms.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is comfortable working across multiple brands, managing competing priorities and delivering high‑quality creative in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital assets across web, social, EDMs, paid media and other digital channels.
• Turn briefs, campaign ideas and brand guidelines into high-quality creative.
• Maintain consistent and distinct brand identities across multiple brands.
• Create engaging email and CRM creative that supports customer engagement and conversion.
• Support UX/UI design across websites, landing pages and campaign content.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams on campaigns, launches and collections.
• Manage multiple design projects, priorities and deadlines across a multi‑brand environment.
• Stay up to date with digital design trends, platform requirements and emerging AI tools.

What You'll Bring

• 3–4 plus years’ experience in Digital Design, Graphic Design or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand, graphic and digital/web design.
• Strong skills across Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma and an understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• A strong eye for detail, consistency and brand identity across multiple brands.
• Experience creating email/CRM creative, ideally with Klaviyo or a similar platform.
• Experience designing for Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.A collaborative, organised and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
