PwC New Zealand is seeking an Associate Director to lead technology strategy and architecture engagements across government, utilities and banking sectors. You will shape transformation roadmaps, build compelling business cases and steer multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience across technology strategy and architecture.
• Strong consulting experience, preferably Big Four or similar.
• Experience developing business cases and applying business capability modelling.
• Practical capability across enterprise and solution architecture, including cloud and data architecture.
• Experience leading strategy, architecture or technology transformation engagements from definition through to delivery.
• Hands-on cloud experience or cloud certifications with one or more Cloud Service Providers.

Responsibilities

• Developing strategic intent, technology strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned with clients' business priorities.
• Building business cases that connect technology investment with measurable business value.
• Leading business capability modelling to identify gaps and future-state requirements.
• Designing enterprise, solution, cloud and data architecture approaches for scalable transformation.
• Leading delivery of strategy and architecture engagements and coaching teams.
• Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and expanding client opportunities.
