Responsibilities

• Service and maintain a broad range of heavy commercial trucks.
• Complete major and minor mechanical repairs, including COF and accident repairs.
• Diagnose and repair faults using modern electronic diagnostic systems.
• Carry out workshop repairs as well as breakdown attendance and customer call-outs when required.

• Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Clear communication and professional customer service skills
• Ability to complete modifications and adaptations when required
• Understanding of transport industry time pressures and the importance of returning vehicles to service efficiently
