Job summary

ACC is seeking a DevOps Engineering Lead to head the DevOps Centre of Excellence, guiding culture and practices across the organisation. You will lead the team, set strategic direction for the toolchain and partner with architects, product teams and security specialists to accelerate enterprise delivery.

This senior role requires strong leadership, deep DevOps expertise and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coaching and developing technology teams.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, DevSecOps, automation and CD/CI.
• Experience delivering solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACC's DevOps Centre of Excellence and champion DevOps practices across the organisation.
• Provide people leadership to a high-performing team and set strategic direction of the toolchain.
• Enable Agile Release Trains and technology teams to deliver value faster, safer and more efficiently.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, security specialists and executives to improve delivery.
