Job description

St Paul's College – Auckland, North Island

Reporting to the Headmaster, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all fundraising and development activities. Your primary goal will be to secure financial resources to support the College's strategic objectives.

This role is a part-time position, initially funded for a two-year term.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the College's comprehensive fundraising strategy
  • Build and expand the network of donors, alumni, friends, foundations, and corporations
  • Drive revenue through commercial sponsorships, major gifts, grants, and successful fundraising events
  • Ensure all donors receive timely recognition and exceptional ongoing engagement
About you
  • Proven commercial experience in relationship management, sales, or business development
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising or development, ideally within an educational or non-profit setting
  • Strong strategic planning and exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to create persuasive fundraising materials
  • Proficiency with fundraising software/donor databases
