Aotearoa Infinite Academy invites applications for a Deputy Principal – High Standards Teaching. This full-time permanent role sits within our online secondary sector (Years 7–15) / wharekura, leading English, Health and physical education, languages, maths and more.

You will coach teachers, embed our theory of learning, oversee professional growth, lead induction for beginning teachers, manage PLD planning, and coordinate certification endorsements.

To bring our goals for our learners to life, we're expanding our senior leadership team from two to six Deputy Principals, each leading a strategic portfolio shaped by the Golden Circle. This is aHOW role: you'll grow the practice of every teacher through coaching, a shared theory of learning and assessment for learning, all in an online setting.

• Coaching. Run coaching cycles, live-session observations and walkthroughs of online learning.
