Job summary

Aotearoa Infinite Academy, New Zealand's first online charter school, is expanding its senior leadership team to six Deputy Principals. This role leads a strategic portfolio shaped by the Golden Circle and supports teachers in online learning through coaching, theory of learning, and assessment for learning.

You will grow practice across the school, oversee induction for beginning teachers, manage professional development plans, and coordinate certification endorsements, ensuring strong outcomes

Qualifications

• Lead coaching cycles and live-session observations for online learning.
• Embed and promote the school's theory of learning and assessment for learning.
• Oversee professional growth cycles and teaching as inquiry.
• Lead induction for beginning teachers and mentor programmes.
• Develop and manage PLD plans and staff meetings related to development.
• Coordinate Teaching Council certification endorsements and practicum liaison.
