Job summary

• Lead attendance and engagement strategy across the school, with dashboards and board reporting.
• Oversee student support and case management, including escalation of persistent non-attenders.
• Coordinate learning support through SENCO, ESOL, IEPs, ORS and RTLB applications.
• Act as the key interagency link with Oranga Tamariki, RTLB, health services and Youth Services.
• Lead enrichment and access programs, and support disengaged learners to re-engage.
• Drive restorative practice, behavior data, and discipline procedures; report on learning support to the Board.
