Job summary

Aotearoa Infinite Academy New Zealand's nationwide online charter school is expanding its senior leadership and seeks a Deputy Principal – High Standards Learner Experience. This full-time, permanent role will lead attendance and engagement, schoolwide strategy, data systems and Board reporting.

You will oversee learning supports (SENCO, ESOL, IEPs, ORS, RTLB), coordinate interagency work with health and youth services, lead enrichment and restorative practices, and report on learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading school-wide strategy, systems and reporting.
• Ability to own policy, codes, dashboards and intervention tiers.
• Strong capability to collaborate with pastoral teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead attendance, engagement and schoolwide data.
• Chair Student Support meetings and oversee individual plans.
• Oversee SENCO, ESOL, IEPs, ORS, RTLB applications and timetables.
• Coordinate interagency work with Oranga Tamariki, health and Youth Services.
• Lead enrichment, access programs and disengaged learner initiatives.
• Lead restorative practices, behaviour processes and reporting to the Board.
• Report termly on attendance and learning support.
