• Experience serving on a Senior Leadership Team or equivalent

You will have experience working closely within a Senior Leadership Team and be ready for a new challenge. This role will require you to be prepared to take the lead by:

• using your understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi to progress the school vision and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning
• building and sustaining high trust and collaborative relationships within the organisation and key stakeholders
• leading school-wide professional learning, through applying critical inquiry and problem solving
• focussing on evaluation of school wide practices and process for continual improvement
• keeping abreast of new evidence and research-based knowledge that challenges your thinking
• being resilient and determined in the face of challenges
• proactively building capability within the organisation to improve equity of educational outcomes for students.

The primary portfolio is PLD-based, focusing on the strategic design and evaluation of multi-year PLD plans and facilitating quality assurance frameworks to drive pedagogical growth. The final portfolio details will be negotiated on appointment.
