Job summary

Trinity Catholic College is a Catholic co-educational year 7-13 college in Dunedin. We are seeking an experienced middle or senior leader to join our leadership team from 28 January 2027. The deputy principal will lead in pastoral care and restorative practice, and will work to uphold the Catholic character of the college.

Applicants should have strong leadership of staff and a commitment to holistic faith-based education, with a focus on staff development and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experienced middle or senior leader for a school leadership team.
• Experience in pastoral care and restorative practice.
• Ability to lead staff teams and uphold Catholic character.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership within the college’s pastoral care framework.
• Contribute to the senior leadership team from 28 January 2027.
• Uphold and model the Catholic special character of the college.
