Job summary

Springlands School in Blenheim is seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking deputy principal to join our leadership team. This role will lead our Phase 2 team and oversee pastoral care across the kura, supporting student wellbeing and curriculum development.

You will build strong relationships with students, staff, whānau and the wider community, champion an inclusive culture, and provide confident, empathetic leadership to our team, while meeting a teaching component as required.
