Job summary

Fairhall School in Marlborough is seeking an energetic and visionary deputy principal to join our leadership team. This pivotal role leads Phase 3 curriculum development, teaching, learning, and assessment practices while supporting Year 7–8 learners across the school.

You will build strong relationships with students, whānau, staff, and the wider community, champion an inclusive culture, and provide confident leadership. SENCO responsibilities and PB4L advocacy are part of the role.

Fairhall School is looking for an energetic and visionary deputy principal to join our leadership team. This pivotal position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our Phase 3 area and oversee the Gold Team (Phase 2–3 learners).

Situated in sunny Marlborough, Fairhall School is a thriving semi-rural school dedicated to high-quality teaching practices, a well-rounded curriculum, and rich EOTC experiences.

As Deputy Principal, you will:

• Lead and coordinate school-wide curriculum development, teaching, learning, and assessment practices across the school.
