Job summary

NZ Post is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a service delivery branch in Gisborne, NZ. You will ensure parcels and mail are delivered safely, efficiently and to the standards customers expect, assembling people, processes and performance to keep operations running smoothly.

You will be hands-on, visible and actively involved in supporting your team to succeed, using operational insights to improve performance while managing resources and costs and driving
