Job summary

Powerco is seeking a Projects Delivery Lead to guide a team of project management professionals supporting digital, IT and business transformation initiatives. Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary project management teams.
• Proven ability to build capability at both individual and practice levels.
• Delivery experience in digital, IT or business transformation contexts.
• Experience tailoring project delivery frameworks and toolkits with balance between consistency and flexibility.
• Strong change management capabilities enabling sustainable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with external suppliers of project delivery services.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
• Ability to navigate organisational dynamics and build trusted teams.
• Growth mindset with openness to learning and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project management professionals supporting Powerco initiatives.
• Ensure access to capable people, delivery frameworks and fit-for-purpose tools.
• Strengthen delivery capability across IT and digital delivery contexts.
• Partner with PMO, Digital Design & Delivery, IT Operations, enabling functions and suppliers to align practices.
