Job summary

Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom Centre in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga, is seeking a hands-on driver to manage the full delivery process from picking and packing in the warehouse to loading the truck and delivering goods with care. This is a physical, fast-paced role that offers variety and involvement in all areas of a busy plumbing merchant.

The role requires a full NZ Class 1 driver licence (manual) with forklift licence a bonus; previous delivery experience is valued, and a friendly,

Qualifications

• Full NZ Class 1 driver licence (essential) with ability to drive manual.
• Forklift licence an advantage.
• Previous experience in the same or similar role is advantageous.
• Class 2 licence an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on with the full delivery process from picking/packing to loading the truck and delivering goods to customers.
• Help arrange dispatch and manage delivery documentation.
• Work in a fast-paced, physical environment with variety and teamwork.

About the role

Join our sunny Mount Maunganui team where you will be hands‑on with the full delivery process, from picking and packing orders in the warehouse, to loading the truck, and delivering goods to our customers with care and efficiency. You will also help arrange dispatch and manage the necessary delivery documentation. This is a physical, fast‑paced role that offers variety and the chance to get involved in all areas of a busy plumbing merchant.

• A full NZ Class 1 driver licence (advantageous) with the ability to drive manual (essential)

• Class 2 Licence (advantageous)
