RealNZ in Queenstown,New Zealand, is seeking a qualified Deckhand with a passenger endorsement for a full-time role aboard two iconic vessels: the TSS Earnslaw and the Spirit of Queenstown. You will help deliver safe, memorable experiences on the water while supporting Masters Assistant duties as needed.

You should bring maritime experience, a strong safety mindset, and excellent teamwork. A current First Aid certificate is a bonus.
