Job summary

Orbit Marketing Limited – Hamilton, North Island is seeking enthusiastic individuals to become De'Longhi Coffee Experts in-store. You will demonstrate and sell cutting-edge coffee machines, helping customers experience the De'Longhi brand at Harvey Norman and Noel Leeming stores in Hamilton.

Starting in mid-March, this weekend role offers 5 positions with hours on Saturdays and/or Sundays from 10:30am to 3:30pm, at $30 per hour plus a bonus program.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or promotions is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Weekend availability and paid training will be provided.
• NZ residency or valid work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store demonstrations and coffee tastings.
• Demonstrate machine features and assist customers in selecting products.
• Achieve individual sales objectives and convert demonstrations into sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized demonstration area and provide product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations and coffee tastings
• Engage customers and demonstrate machine features and benefits
• Support customers in selecting and purchasing De'Longhi machines
• Consistently achieve individual sales objectives by articulating the distinct value of each product category to customers, seamlessly converting demonstrations into successful transactions.
• Uphold a clean and organised demonstration area, ensuring all products are fully operational and prepared for customer engagement.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering personalised product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.
• Remain current with product advancements, features, and promotional offers to ensure the dissemination of precise and up-to-date information.
• Accurately record shift activity by checking in and out of relevant reporting platforms, maintaining thorough documentation of customer feedback and product performance.
