Job summary

Orbit Marketing NZ in Wellington is seeking energetic De'Longhi Coffee Experts for weekend in-store roles at Harvey Norman and Noel Leeming stores. Demonstrate and sell cutting-edge coffee machines, welcoming customers and guiding tastings to bring the De'Longhi experience to life.

You will join a friendly team, receive weekend hours 10:30am–3:30pm, and enjoy NZ$30 per hour plus a bonus program. A strong customer service mindset and reliable weekend availability are key; NZ residency or valid

• Consistently achieve individual sales objectives by converting demos into sales.
• Uphold a clean and fully operational demonstration area.
• Provide outstanding customer service with personalised product recommendations.
• Remain current with product advancements, features and promotions.
• Accurately record shift activity in reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations and coffee tastings

• Engage customers and demonstrate machine features and benefits

• Support customers in selecting and purchasing De'Longhi machines

• Consistently achieve individual sales objectives by articulating the distinct value of each product category to customers, seamlessly converting demonstrations into successful transactions.

• Uphold a clean and organised demonstration area, ensuring all products are fully operational and prepared for customer engagement.

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering personalised product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.

• Remain current with product advancements, features, and promotional offers to ensure the dissemination of precise and up-to-date information.

• Accurately record shift activity by checking in and out of relevant reporting platforms, maintaining thorough documentation of customer feedback and product performance.
