Stores: Harvey Norman and Noel Leeming stores

Start Date: Mid-March

Remuneration: $30 per hour + bonus program

Timings: Saturday and/or Sunday. Hours are 10:30 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a weekend role, perfect for individuals who thrive on connecting with people and bringing products to life. You’ll work independently in-store but always have the support of our experienced team, with regular training and development to keep you at your best.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations and coffee tastings
• Engage customers and demonstrate machine features and benefits
• Support customers in selecting and purchasing De'Longhi machines
• Consistently achieve individual sales objectives by articulating the distinct value of each product category to customers, seamlessly converting demonstrations into successful transactions.
• Uphold a clean and organized demonstration area, ensuring all products are fully operational and prepared for customer engagement.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering personalized product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.
• Remain current with product advancements, features, and promotional offers to ensure the dissemination of precise and up-to-date information.
• Accurately record shift activity by checking in and out of relevant reporting platforms, maintaining thorough documentation of customer feedback and product performance.
