Job summary

Orbit Marketing NZ seeks enthusiastic De'Longhi Coffee Experts to demonstrate and sell coffee machines in-store at Auckland Harvey Norman and Noel Leeming stores. This weekend role offers a 10:30am–3:30pm schedule with a $30 hourly rate plus a bonus program and mid-March start date.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, with strong sales and retail experience, professional appearance, and NZ residency or valid work visa. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations and coffee tastings

• Engage customers and demonstrate machine features and benefits

• Support customers in selecting and purchasing De'Longhi machines

• Consistently achieve individual sales objectives by articulating the distinct value of each product category to customers, seamlessly converting demonstrations into successful transactions.

• Uphold a clean and organised demonstration area, ensuring all products are fully operational and prepared for customer engagement.

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering personalised product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.

• Remain current with product advancements, features, and promotional offers to ensure the dissemination of precise and up‑date information.

• Accurately record shift activity by checking in and out of relevant reporting platforms, maintaining thorough documentation of customer feedback and product performance.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; commitment to excellent customer service
