Job summary

Orbit Marketing NZ is seeking energetic individuals to join our De'Longhi Coffee Expert team in Christchurch. You will demonstrate and sell cutting-edge coffee machines at Harvey Norman and Noel Leeming stores, starting mid-March.

Expect a weekend schedule (Saturday and/or Sunday) from 10:30am to 3:30pm, with remuneration of $30 per hour plus a bonus program and ongoing product training. You should be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and able to create positive interactions with shoppers.

Qualifications

• Confident sales skills or experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; commitment to excellent customer service.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Reliable, honest, with a solid work ethic.
• Available for weekends and busy periods.
• Able to attend a paid training session (held on a weekday).
• Must have NZ residency or valid work visa (no student visas).

• Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations and coffee tastings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record shift activity by checking in and out of relevant reporting platforms, maintaining thorough documentation of customer feedback and product performance.
