Job summary

Giltrap Group is seeking a Data & Platform Analyst to manage and improve customer data, reporting, and data processes that drive business decisions and enhance customer experience. The role sits within the marketing team, focusing on data systems and platform improvements rather than marketing execution.

You will work with Salesforce, retailer networks, and internal stakeholders to提升 data quality, deliver insightful reports, and lead platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data analysis, systems, business analysis or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of data quality, reporting and process improvement.
• Experience analysing data and producing meaningful reports or insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Join Motorcorp Distributors as a Data & Platform Analyst

Join Motorcorp Distributors as a Data & Platform Analyst, you will be responsible for the management and improvement of customer data, reporting and data processes that support business decision-making, and customer experience.

While this role sits within the marketing team, this is not a marketing position. We are looking for someone with a strong background in data, systems or business analysis who enjoys improving the way systems, data and processes work.
You’ll play a key role in improving data quality, Salesforce capability processes, while working closely with internal stakeholders and the Jaguar, Land Rover retailer network.

What You'll Do:

• Own and improve customer data quality across Salesforce and CRM platforms.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and insights that support business decision-making.

About You

You’re someone who enjoys working with data, understanding how systems work, and finding smarter ways to improve processes. You'll bring strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders across the business and retailer network.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in a data analysis, systems, business analysis or similar role
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar platforms
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• A strong understanding of data quality, reporting and process improvement
• Experience analysing data and producing meaningful reports or insights
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
• The ability to explain technical concepts and processes to non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative working style
• A proactive, organised approach with the confidence to take ownership
• A relevant qualification in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline

You don't need a marketing background. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in data, systems or business analysis who are passionate about improving processes and driving better outcomes through data.
