Fisher Funds is seeking a Data Insights Lead to bridge business teams and our data function, driving reporting and insights that support strategic decisions. You’ll own the semantic layer and standardised reporting, delivering trusted, single-source-of-truth reporting across the organisation.

You’ll lead dashboards and analytical solutions, enable self-service data access, and raise data literacy across teams, partnering with stakeholders to unlock value from data.

Formación

• Experience delivering business insights, reporting, and analytical solutions in a commercial environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
• Ability to translate business questions into practical data and reporting solutions.
• Understanding of data visualization, reporting frameworks, and self-service analytics.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, self-directed approach and ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Passion for helping organisations become data-informed and data-literate.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and the Data & Insights function.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and improve decision-making through data.
• Develop and deliver meaningful insights to support business performance and strategic objectives.
• Own and enhance the organisation's semantic layer and standardised reporting suite.
• Ensure consistent, trusted reporting as a single source of truth across the business.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions enabling self-service data access.
• Drive data literacy and support users to become more confident consumers of data.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead data capability initiatives.
