Watercare Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Data and Analytics Manager to lead our multidisciplinary data team. You’ll own people leadership, delivery performance and analytics outcomes across Watercare, building trusted data and meaningful insights.

Reporting to the Head of Data, Analytics & AI, you’ll collaborate with business leaders and delivery teams to translate priorities into clear roadmaps, ensure reliable services and promote data discipline across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant people leadership experience within a data/analytics or technology environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, analytics, reporting or data science.
• Strong knowledge of modern data platforms and analytics practices.
• Experience managing roadmaps, priorities, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative leadership style that creates accountability and trust.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary data and analytics team.
• Drive delivery of analytics products, reporting, data pipelines and self-service reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate priorities into outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships across Digital and the wider business.
• Support delivery planning, prioritisation and roadmap execution.
• Ensure services are reliable, supported and continuously improved.
• Work alongside technical leaders to embed standards, best practices and quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the leadership and strategic direction of the Data, Analytics & AI function
