New Zealand Couriers Limited is seeking a part-time Data Entry Administrator for afternoons to support our Customer Services team. You will handle high-volume data entry, track freight, and provide timely customer updates from our Penrose base, with a Saturday shift scheduled roughly every six weeks.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks across Operations, Distribution, Fleet and Sales teams to keep freight moving.

Data Entry/Customer Services (Afternoons PART TIME)

Starting Rate $27.50 per hour, Paid weekly

Based at our Penrose branch, we're looking for an experienced Data Entry Administrator to join our Customer Services team on a part-time basis.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:30pm - 6:00pm (20 hours per week), plus a rostered Saturday morning shift (8:00am - 12:30pm) approximately once every six weeks.

Starting Rate: $27.50 per hour, paid weekly.

This role is heavily focused on data entry and administration, supporting a key customer account. You'll investigate service issues, coordinate outcomes, and work closely with our Operations, Distribution, Fleet and Sales teams to keep freight moving.
