Heartland is seeking a Data Engineer - Projects to shape and deliver strategic data initiatives across New Zealand and Australia, using Snowflake, dbt, Azure Data Factory, Data Vault 2.0 and AtScale to build scalable data products that support finance analytics, regulatory reporting and platform migrations.

You will influence solution design, work with stakeholders across the business and help establish best-practice data engineering standards in a growing financial services group.

Formación

• Experience delivering data engineering solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on with Snowflake and SQL, including performance optimisation.
• Experience with dbt in production: models, testing, lineage, deployment.
• Experience building ingestion and orchestration with Azure Data Factory.
• Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 concepts.
• Experience delivering governed semantic layers with AtScale.
