Job summary

Adaptiv is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (Data) to lead complex technology engagements across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll manage project setup, governance, client relationships and delivery teams to achieve agreed outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of PMO, you’ll orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budgets and risks, and ensure successful client sign-off within Adaptiv’s delivery framework.

Qualifications

• Three+ years leading complex technology projects or engagements in roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Digital Producer.
• A related tertiary qualification is required.
• Knowledge of cloud, data, integration and software delivery concepts to engage with technical teams and manage dependencies and risks.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tracking tools like Kanban, Jira or ADO.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to write reports for different audiences.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage scope, budget, quality and changes, aligning delivery plans with technical execution and ongoing business operations corporate.
• Identify financial, commercial and technical risks, mitigate actions and resolve delivery blockers.
• Coordinate demonstrations, validation and client acceptance of project outputs.
• Build trusted delivery relationships and keep clients informed about progress, spend, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate personnel and resource allocations across current and pipeline projects.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, timesheets and project-system updates for accurate month-end billing.
• Apply delivery governance and technical quality standards and feed lessons into improved delivery practices.
