Job summary

Awanui Labs - Dunedin is seeking an Administrator for Cytology to join our busy Dunedin Laboratory. This permanent, full-time role involves data entry, recording patient/test information, handling inquiries, and providing support at the FNA clinic.

We welcome someone with strong computer skills and a customer-focused approach; healthcare experience is a plus but full training is provided. The 80-hour fortnight schedule is a stable, long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Record patient and test information accurately.
• Answer telephone enquiries and manage communications.
• Perform data entry, filing and general admin tasks.
• Assist patients at the FNA clinic.
• Collate and retrieve cases and reports for multidisciplinary reviews.
• Provide additional administrative support as required.
