Job summary

Fulton Hogan is recruiting for a Grader Driver and Cyclic Crew roles to support road maintenance in Gore and the wider Southland area. These field-based positions focus on cyclic works, response activities, and general network upkeep, with safety and quality as priorities.

You will work as part of a close-knit team to keep communities connected. Experience in road maintenance or related field, relevant licences, and a safety-first mindset are essential.

We have secured the Gore Road Maintenance contract and are now looking for people in Gore and the wider Southland area to join our team delivering essential road maintenance services to the local community. We are currently recruiting for a Grader Driver and Cyclic Crew roles. These are practical, field-based positions supporting day-to-day maintenance, cyclic works, response activities, and general network upkeep. We’re looking for reliable, hands-on people who take pride in quality work, value safety, and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
