Job summary

Fulton Hogan in New Zealand is seeking a Drainage Labourer to support drainage crews across construction and maintenance activities. This hands-on role works outdoors, helping keep sites safe and running smoothly while you learn and grow with us.

You'll join a friendly, forward-moving team that values safety, reliability and teamwork. A full Class 1 licence is required, and any site or construction tickets are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction, drainage, roading or other hands-on outdoor work is preferred, but not essential.
• A strong commitment to safety, wellbeing and doing the job right.
• A reliable, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn from others.
• The ability to carry out the inherent requirements of the role, including manual work in varying weather conditions.
• A full Class 1 licence is required, relevant site or construction tickets would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support drainage crews with pipe laying, trench work, installation and general site activities.
• Assist with site set up, tools, plant and material handling.
• Carry out physical, hands-on work safely and efficiently in outdoor environments.

We're looking for a Drainage Labourer to join the team and help deliver the kind of Good Work Fulton Hogan is known for. This is a hands-on role where you'll support drainage crews across construction and maintenance activities, work outdoors in varied conditions, and play a big part in keeping sites running safely and smoothly.
