Job summary

Xero is seeking a Data Analyst to support Customer Experience and Payment Operations in New Zealand. You will transform raw data into decisions feeding monthly reviews and headcount planning, starting with analytics foundations for Payment Operations and expanding across two departments.

You’ll present insights to senior leaders, influence SLAs and resourcing, and collaborate across time zones to drive data-driven decisions. Hybrid NZ schedule with cross- region collaboration.

Qualifications

• Sharp analytical skills with ability to span data across more than one department.
• Experience with Tableau and Zendesk Explore for reporting and forecasting.
• Ability to present findings to senior leaders and the C-suite.
• Ability to bring stakeholders along on data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build dedicated analytics support for Payment Operations and support Customer Experience.
• Produce monthly business reviews and quarterly proficiency scoring.
• Develop headcount and workforce planning models as the business scales.
• Collaborate with Workforce Analyst and cross-functional teams across NZ, US and UK.
