Job summary

Carbon Data Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to support our Customer Experience and Payment Operations teams. You’ll turn raw data into decisions that matter, from monthly business reviews to headcount planning, starting with building analytics foundations for payments.

You’ll work with Tableau and Zendesk Explore, present findings to senior leaders, and help guide spend and staffing decisions across NZ and international teams in a hybrid New Zealand office setup.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data for decision making.
• Experience presenting findings to senior leaders or C-suite.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build reporting for Customer Experience and Payment Operations using Tableau and Zendesk Explore.
• Lead monthly business reviews and quarterly proficiency scoring to support performance reviews.
• Develop dedicated reporting for Payment Operations and later headcount/workforce planning models.
• Present insights to senior leaders to influence budgeting and resourcing decisions.
