Job summary

Genesys in Wellington, NZ is seeking a CX Advisory Consultant to support strategic customers across APAC, guiding CX strategy and transformation initiatives.

You will partner with executives to translate business goals into CX roadmaps, design journey flows, and lead change management with training and coaching. The role requires 3+ years in CX consulting, strong stakeholder engagement, and Agile familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent CX experience.
• 3+ years’ CX consulting, digital transformation, or contact center operations.
• 3+ years’ experience leading large-scale CX projects with measurable change.
• Strong knowledge of contact center KPIs, best practices, and tech enablement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify CX challenges with strategic customers and prioritize opportunities.
• Analyze business processes and propose CX improvements.
• Create CX transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Develop functional designs translating requirements into journey flows.
• Lead change management, training, and coaching strategies.
• Lead workshops and executive briefings; manage risks.
