Job summary

Genesys is hiring a CX Advisory Consultant to work with strategic customers in the APAC region, guiding CX transformation and adoption of Genesys solutions. You will partner with executives to design and implement CX roadmaps, driving measurable business outcomes.

The role requires CX consulting experience, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and familiarity with Agile practices. Travel within APAC is expected as part of the engagement strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years CX consulting or related experience.
• 3+ years leading large CX/digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of contact center operations and KPIs.
• Experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication for business and technical audiences.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with strategic customers to identify CX challenges and opportunities across CX, digital and contact center operations.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to customer journeys and performance.
• Create CX transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy and technology capabilities.
• Develop functional designs translating requirements into journey flows and configurations.
• Lead change management and adoption programs with training and coaching.
• Use analytics to measure adoption, efficiency, and CX outcomes for improvements.
• Build relationships with executives and stakeholders; lead workshops and briefings.
• Identify risks and dependencies to ensure delivery excellence.
