Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure customers receive great service and quality products at the right time. This role is based in New Zealand and offers the chance to join a global leader in electrical, safety and infrastructure solutions.

You will answer questions by phone, email or fax about products, prices and delivery; generate quotes; help customers select products; and liaise with key accounts to track orders to delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven customer service or internal sales experience in an industrial setting.
• Sound knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system.
• Inbound and outbound sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone, email, or fax about products, prices, availability, and credit terms.
• Generate and issue quotations based on customer requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on needs and regulations.
• Build relationships with key accounts and act as liaison with the company.
• Notify customers about orders and delivery status.
