Job summary

Rhenus Logistics Air & Ocean New Zealand Limited in Auckland and Christchurch is seeking an experienced customer service professional for freight forwarding roles. You will manage a growing portfolio of existing and new customers, supporting from quotation to final mile delivery and reporting.

You will build strong relationships with customers and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals, while visiting customers when required in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience customer service in freight forwarding required.
• Confident dealing with customers directly.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Comfortable visiting customers when required.
• Exposure to a small 3PL operation handling specialised customer products.
• High attention to detail.
