Job summary

rhe is seeking a customer service professional in Christchurch to manage a growing portfolio of clients and support them from quotation through to final mile delivery. The role requires confident direct customer engagement, strong relationship skills and the ability to work autonomously within a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in freight forwarding customer service, experience in a small 3PL, and a keen eye for detail, with willingness to visit customers

• Confident dealing with customers directly.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Willing to visit customers when required.
• Experience in a small 3PL operation.
• High attention to detail.
