Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or internal sales.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with customers and suppliers.
• Experience with invoicing and sales administration.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Processing orders, quotes, and customer enquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting a small sales team with administration, follow-ups, and sales coordination.
• Preparing and processing invoices.
• Managing customer information, communications and maintaining CRM records.
• Creating and managing Trade Me listings for clearance, and downgraded stock.
• Working closely with our warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Taking ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to resolution.
• Helping maintain strong relationships with merchants, frame and truss manufacturers, joiners and other industry partners.
