BNT in Tauranga, NZ is seeking a customer service superstar to join our team. This full-time role (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with alternate Saturday mornings involves assisting trade customers, helping them find parts, and processing orders with accuracy.

You should have customer service experience (automotive/trade a plus), basic Excel skills, and a genuine interest in cars. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for success.

Job Description

If you've got great customer service skills, a full NZ license and a passion for car parts, we've got the job for you! We're on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team - someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am - 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.
