Job summary

Bapcor Limited is seeking a customer service superstar to join our team in New Zealand. This full-time role (Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings involves helping customers pick the right parts, handling orders, and delivering outstanding service at the counter or via phone.

Standout candidates will have customer service experience (automotive/trade a plus), basic computer skills (Excel helpful), and a genuine interest in cars and parts.

Job Description

If you’ve got great customer service skills, a full NZ license and a passion for car parts, we’ve got the job for you!

We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.

What The Role Involves

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
• Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
• Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
• Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
• Computer skills are a must (basic excel skills are advantageous)
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
