Job summary

Bapcor Ltd is seeking a customer service superstar in Levin, NZ. This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with alternate Saturday mornings, serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone while helping customers find the right vehicle parts.

You will pick, pack, and process orders, look for upsell opportunities, and build strong relationships with our loyal customer base. A NZ driver’s license is required and basic computer/Excel skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus).
• Computer skills are a must (basic Excel skills are advantageous).
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate.
• A team-first approach - everyone pitches in here!
