We’re looking for a customer service superstar to join our Levin team and help customers choose the right parts to get the job done. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8 am–5 pm with alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus).
• Computer skills are a must (basic Excel skills are advantageous).
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate.
• A team-first approach – everyone pitches in here!

Responsibilities

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
• Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
• Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
